✠ CURRENT CARRIER
USPS is the current carrier of choice. Down below, are detailed policies regarding your orders, shipments, and refunds.
✠ PACKAGING/ORDER INFO
All orders are packaged and labeled by me! Tracking numbers are provided in a notification email regarding your order. If you have not recieved an email regarding your shipment, please check your spam/junk folder. If the email is still not found, please email me using the "Contact" link located under the "Info" tab and I'll be happy to resend a tracking number.
Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be shipped out. You can track your shipment while it's in transit by using the hyper link attached to your tracking number, found in your email notification. A delivery notification will also be sent to the customer's email.
✠ REFUNDS
A full refund will be issued for certain items if damage occurs during transit. Proof of damage is required. The customer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to email me about their damaged item. EXCLUSIONS APPLY.
(EXCLUSIONS INCLUDE: items such as, home decor and original works are not eligible for refunds due to their "one of kind" nature.)
Lost packages will not be refunded until the customer has taken the proper steps to ensure the package has been found. You can do this by going to the USPS website to fill out a lost package form. From there the lost package should be resolved by the USPS, if not, the order may be eligible for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for damaged or lost items. It is the customer's responsibility to give accurate information regarding their shipping address/email. Once USPS has picked up my shipments, they are no longer in my control. That being said, refunds and other problem resolutions will be considered on a "case by case" basis.
✠ INTERNATIONAL
International shipping adheres to the same policies mentioned above.
Current international postage ranges from $11.99 - $18.99
Please allow 14 - 60 days for international delivery.
